Turning complex
problems into
clear experiences.
I'm Ayush Sahai. I design digital products and healthcare experiences where complex workflows, information, and business requirements need to become simple, accessible, and intuitive.

8+ years
Designing digital experiences
From Problem to Product
A selection of work where I have taken complex problems, understood what was getting in the way, and turned them into clearer, more accessible digital experiences.

Patient Assistance Portal
Redesigning a complex insurance claim experience to make it clearer, more accessible, and easier for patients and caregivers to navigate.

Building a Design System for Scalable Digital Experiences
Building a scalable design foundation that brings consistency, accessibility, and reusable patterns to complex digital experiences.

Designing a Multi-Functional Mobile Experience for Stroke Care
Designing a new mobile healthcare experience that brings stroke education, assessment tools, clinical resources, and hospital-location services into one accessible product.
Building products that
improve people's lives.
My journey has taken me from designing digital experiences for startups to creating enterprise healthcare products used by patients, healthcare professionals, and global pharmaceutical organizations. Every project strengthened my ability to simplify complexity and design with empathy.

Designing products people
actually enjoy using.
Great experiences don't happen by accident. Every project follows a thoughtful process—from understanding people to validating ideas and continuously improving after launch.
The goal is to understand the problem from both sides: what users need and what the business is trying to achieve. A strong design starts with the right questions rather than jumping straight to a visual solution.
I use user journeys, information architecture, and flows to understand how people should move through the experience. This gives the team a shared direction before investing time in high-fidelity design.
I move from structure to visual design progressively, using prototypes and reusable components where appropriate. This allows me to solve interaction problems early while building a consistent visual language across the product.
Iteration is a continuous part of my process. Designs move through multiple rounds of review and refinement until the experience is clear, usable, accessible, and aligned with the requirements of everyone involved.
I stay involved beyond the handoff wherever possible. Design QA, implementation discussions, feedback, and future improvements all help ensure the final product remains aligned with the original experience we set out to create.
Continuously learning to design better products.
Alongside 7+ years of enterprise product design experience, I've completed Google's UX Design Professional Certificate to strengthen my user-centered design process, research methods, accessibility, and interaction design skills.
